There are many types of electronic parts including sensors, electronic components, quartz oscillators, etc. Therefore, for the appearance inspection of electronic parts, the detection rate is emphasized. TFCT's six-sided inspection machine for appearance defects is equipped with an AOI+AI inspection solution that can improve the detection rate of products, combining the respective expertise of AOI and AI for inspection to maximize the detection rate.
