Machine features
LED (Light-EmittingDiodes, Light-Emitting Diodes) and Mini LED (Mini Light-Emitting Diode) packaging products include Lamp-LED (vertical LED), SMD-LED (surface-mounted LED), High-power-LED (high-power LED), Flip Chip-LED (flip-chip LED).
The visual inspection of LED by AOI optical inspection machine is mainly on the appearance inspection of six sides such as the light-emitting surface, and focuses on the detection rate and production speed. TFCT has an AOI+AI detection solution that can improve the detection rate of products, combining the respective expertise of AOI and AI for detection, so as to maximize the detection rate.
In addition, TFCT also has a tube model, which can also conduct six-sided visual inspection of the materials in the tube. The inspection speed of the six-sided visual inspection machine is much higher than that of other turret-type models and the detection rate is high.
